Our Story

Jimmie Lou Green was a fantastic self-taught cook, New Orleans' ninth ward resident, and most importantly, Chef Jeffery's grandmother. When Jeffery was growing up in New Orleans, Jimmie Lou communicated her love by cooking for her family. Today, we're proud to share that love of food, family, and cooking with you.
